This quote is based on Seller supplying all materials, unless otherwise indicated, and is subject to the following terms and conditions:
- Above pricing is subject to change due to raw material price fluctuations and availability.
- Quote expires 90 days from issue date unless otherwise stated.
All products made to conform to workmanship standards as set forth in IPC/WHMA IPC-620A unless otherwise stated
in writing and agreed to by Seller.
The Seller warrants that the materials and compounds are in conformity with the specifications set forth in the annexed sales order.
No other representations or warranties have been made by the seller or relied upon by the buyer.
This warranty is expressly in lieu of any and all warranties expressed or implied.
The Seller does not warrant that the goods are merchantable or fit for any particular purpose.
The Sellers liability is limited to (at Sellers election) a refund of purchase price, repair of product, or replacement of product.

Purchase Order quantity must match minimum quantity listed on this quote.
Quoted lead time is in calendar days. Actual lead time, dependent on material sourcing availability is confirmed upon P.O. receipt.
Please include any special instructions IE: shipping method, shipping payment method, no split or partials allowed,
or any specific delivery instructions (can ship early) or any specific documentation instructions.
Cancellation: Purchase Orders are not cancelable, except upon (1) written approval of the Seller and
(2) the full payment of all costs incurred by Seller to the point of cancellation, plus any cancellation charge(s)
assessed by the raw material suppliers(s).
Cable Quest ISO9001 REQUIREMENTS:
Cable Quest requires a first article inspection and approval process for all new builds. Written authorization is required
before further build commences. Please include the quantity required for first article (minimum 1 completed unit)
as a separate line item on your PO.
Cable Quest requires all engineering changes (including but not limited to drawings, revisions, substitutions, etc.)
to be submitted in writing and may be subject to additional pricing review.
